I hope you are all giving your parents an extra helping hand around the house! This is a website offering over 40,000 digital books, including ‘Read-To-Me’ and ‘Audiobooks’. This is a free resource until the end of June, so if you would like extra reading material please sign up.

You should have received an email with instructions to log in and connect to our classroom. Once logged in you can choose any book you would like to read, they are sorted by age, reading level & genre! There is sure to be plenty of options to suit all interests and abilities.

Happy reading all!

This week I am including a small activity with this post for fun. It is a simple grid with rows & columns that you can fill in – each word in the row is to start with the corresponding letter. To make it easier fill in all the ones that come to mind first (no particular order) or for a challenge you could time yourself; how long does it take you to complete 3 full rows, try go faster for the next 3 rows & no skipping boxes!

Hope you are keeping well and making the most of the sunny weather,

Ms Ryan (",)
