We had lots of fun learning all about materials and their uses today in our Science lesson.
Using the tale of The Three Little Pigs as our inspiration we set to building houses from straws, lollipop sticks and play bricks. We then let each house withstand an attack from the (hairdryer powered) Big Bad Wolf. It was a great chance to bring the story to life and learn why we use the materials we select for different jobs.
