After a busy couple of weeks—covering everything from your Graduation to bake sales, school tours, trips to Athassel and Victor’s Stud, DIY workshops, sports days, parish blitzes and a heated water fight—we say goodbye to a wonderful bunch of truly lovely kids.
Recently you all left your mark on the school literally, with the brick in the wall each of you transformed into works of art. But you’ve also left your mark on the school in another, very real way through all you achieved and all the memories you created together.
I feel lucky to have been your teacher, and especially fortunate to be not only the one who welcomed you as you started your journey here but also the teacher who gets to wave you on as you set up off on your next adventure.
It has lovely to see each and every one of you step into your potential, mature and grow into the clever, funny and capable young people who leave us today. On behalf of all those you leave behind in Golden NS, I can say we look forward to seeing just how far each of you will go!
