Mindfulness & Yoga

This year we will be enjoying some time each week concentrating on mindfulness.
This means we will be focusing on being present and fully engaged in the moment, being aware of our thoughts and emotions - acknowledging them with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves. 
Mindfulness allows us to take a breath & break from the fast paced lives we lead and relax for a moment. 

We will be using techniques such as meditation, focusing on our breathing, practicing yoga & mindfulness colouring to help us become more mindful and calm our minds.
